Description

The NSF Faculty Early Career Development Program (CAREER) award is one of the most prestigious funding awards for early career faculty. The focus of the program is to develop faculty as both researchers and educators.

Developing a competitive CAREER proposal is different from writing a standard NSF grant proposal. Join McAllister & Quinn for this instructional webinar on how to craft a compelling and competitive NSF CAREER proposal. This meeting will be informative for any faculty considering an application to the NSF CAREER program in this or future years. In addition to sharing key insights and tips from their years of experience coaching CAREER proposal submissions, M & Q will host a follow-on Q & A with past CAREER awardees from 8kbet including Mo Weng (Life Sciences); Katie Wade-Jaimes (Teaching & Learning); Joshua Island (Physics/Astronomy); and Carrie Tyler (Geosciences).
