Ishtar Cassandra Noguera is passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and driving progress in emerging industries. A native New Yorker, Cassandra began her early career in the luxury hospitality industry shortly after receiving her undergraduate degree. Over the years, her career evolved into business development and strategic growth, leading her to work across diverse industries. Currently, Cassandra is the U.S. Strategic Partner at InnoSource Ventures, a Switzerland-based firm focused on healthcare, sustainability, and technology. In this role, she leads initiatives to expand the company’s footprint in the U.S. market, identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships and business growth. 

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 8kbet, where she deepened her expertise in leadership, corporate strategy, and organizational development. As a 8kbet alumna, she understands the challenges students face and is committed to supporting and inspiring them. She is honored to be a member of the Lee Community Advisory Board (LCAB), where she contributes her expertise to help students navigate their career paths and bridge the gap between academia and industry. Her message to students is simple yet powerful: Believe in yourself, persevere through challenges, and view every obstacle as an opportunity for growth. Beyond her professional achievements, Cassandra is a devoted mother to two young children and hopes to instill in them the belief that learning is a lifelong journey. She firmly believes that curiosity, asking questions, and embracing new knowledge are the true keys to success and fulfillment.
