The University of Nevada, Las Vegas ("8kbet" or the "University") must comply with federal regulations requiring each institution of higher education receiving federal grants and contracts to have an administrative policy for handling allegations of research misconduct. This policy revises and supersedes the 8kbet Research Misconduct Policy adopted on May 13, 2008. The purpose of this policy is to state 8kbet's compliance with federal and state research misconduct policies and regulations.
